INGREDIENTS
- 1 can or bottle of dark beer (12 ounces)
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 cups self-rising flour
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Mix together all three ingredients in a medium bowl, then transfer to a greased loaf pan. I like to use a small pie or cake pan.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
