Biker Bar Beer Steaks Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup lemon tea vodka
  • 1 beer of your choice we like Samuel Adams or Shinner when we can’t get to a local brewery.
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 steaks of your choice
  • ½ cup of beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1.5 tablespoon fig jam
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • 1- In a resealable plastic bag combine vodka, beer, salt, and pepper. Put the steaks in the bag to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning the bag over a couple of times to mix the flavors throughout the steaks.
  • 2- Preheat grill on high heat
  • 3- Place steaks on the grill. Reserve the marinade. Cook steaks to the desired amount.
  • 4- In a medium skillet, add the reserved marinade, beef broth, honey, vanilla, and jam. Simmer until thickened. Whisk in the cream and bring it back to a bubble. Remove from heat and whisk in the butter. Salt to taste.
  • 5- Pour sauce over steak and serve.
