1- In a resealable plastic bag combine vodka, beer, salt, and pepper. Put the steaks in the bag to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning the bag over a couple of times to mix the flavors throughout the steaks.
2- Preheat grill on high heat
3- Place steaks on the grill. Reserve the marinade. Cook steaks to the desired amount.
4- In a medium skillet, add the reserved marinade, beef broth, honey, vanilla, and jam. Simmer until thickened. Whisk in the cream and bring it back to a bubble. Remove from heat and whisk in the butter. Salt to taste.
5- Pour sauce over steak and serve.
