How to Make Alcohol-Infused Whipped Cream

What's better than pie? The answer (of course) is pie topped with whipped cream! And then there's alcohol-infused whipped cream, which—sure, might be just a tad over the top, but this is pie we're talking about: there's no sense in being reasonable about it. This whip cream is rich, creamy, and easy to whip up.

Making alcohol-infused whipped cream isn't any harder than making regular whipped cream. You just have to add in a splash of your favorite liquor.

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 1Tbsp granulated Sugar
    • 1 Tbsp Liquor of choice

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1.  In a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form. You can use a stand mixer, a hand mixer, or use a whisk
    2.  Sprinkle with granulated sugar and add liquor. Gently fold in and taste. Feel free to add more liquor if you like, be sure to taste as you go to be sure you don’t make it too strong. Remember you want to be able to taste the pie too.
    3. Beat until soft peaks return.

    Mixer Vs Whisk

Hands down a mixer is faster and easier. Whip cream is made by whipping in air. A whisk will eventually get the job done but you're arm is not going to like you very much.
